Married by Adam and Georgia Fletcher Celebrant Season 1 Episode 19

The big day is almost here and you are about to ride on the last part of that wedding day roller coaster and nerves are completely normal as is feeling excited, overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or maybe a combination of all of the above. We talk you through some strategies to support all of those emotions so that you can be completely present, surrender and celebrate your special day.

In this episode we talk about activities or exercises you can engage with on your own such as a breath work or meditation. Here’s a guided meditation you could have a close friend read the morning of the wedding from Sacred Ground Ceremonies. We’ve also found a guided meditation for managing anxiety on Spotify. Our beautiful cele-friend Ally also offers a pre-wedding morning meditation. Her services are here.

We also chat about planning time with your partner before or after the ceremony such as a first look or a first touch. Michael Briggs breaks down the pros and cons if you’re on the fence about factoring this into your day.

The wedding day is here. You’re feeling calm and ready to go. Here’s an upbeat, vibe setting playlist to blast on your wedding morning to kick start the fun!
